Betsy is responsible for day-to-day operations of Dryden, including overseeing investor relations, loan servicing and new programs. Prior to joining Dryden in 2011, Betsy had a 17-year career in commercial real estate investment and finance, including as a Founder and Principal of Capital Defeasance Group, LLC; Senior Vice President at Basin Street Properties; and Project Manager at Bristol Group, Inc. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Kenyon College and an MBA from Yale University. Betsy lives in Novato with her husband and three children.
