Cindy is responsible for all loan servicing operations, from borrower and lender relations to federal and state agency regulatory compliance and reporting requirements. Her keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills serve her well with these and other job duties at Dryden Capital. Cindy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Managerial Economics from the University of California at Davis. Prior to joining Dryden Capital in 2011, she worked for 15 years in the mortgage industry with an emphasis in processing and underwriting. She currently resides in Novato with her husband, their two older children having ventured out on their own.
