David Neseralla is the President of Dryden Capital and has been actively involved in private lending in California since 1987. He oversees loan origination and investor relations, bringing decades of experience and insight to structuring and closing complex transactions. Known for his creativity and practical approach, David specializes in crafting solutions that allow borrowers to move quickly and confidently.

An expert in construction lending, fix-and-flip financing, and ground-up development, David has a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities across asset types and deal stages. He has also been designated as an expert witness in matters involving private lending and has been an active member of the California Mortgage Association since 1998.

David earned his California Real Estate Broker’s License in 1998 and his California Finance Lender License in 2002. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Connecticut and resides in Novato, California, with his wife and two children.
